    If you are dissatisfied with a claim decision, call or write Blue Cross' Customer Service Department within 180 days of BCBSD's original decision. For more information, follow this link.

    If you are dissatisfied with a claim decision, you may file an appeal within 180 days of Aetna’s original decision. For more information, follow this link.
