Open Enrollment for the plan year beginning July 1, 2013 is now closed.
State of Delaware employees have until June 7, 2013, to check changes that they made through eBenefits Employee Self Service during Open enrollment. If an error has been made in your benefit elections, you MUST contact your Human Resources or Benefits Office to correct the error no later than June 7, 2013.
